The stunning views of Palisade Head along the north shore of Lake Superior are a unique beauty. Amongst the cliffs you feel as if you're on top of the world! Amongst you are travelers from all over the country hoping to be a part of this spectacular scene. Palisade Head is host to weddings, elopements, proposals, engagements, rock climbers, and tourists! The windy road leading up to this view is lined with native trees. If you ever get the chance to visit in the fall, the trees will be glowing in yellow, orange, and red. Nestled near Tettegouche State Park this hidden gem is one you do not want to miss! The road is open from 8am-10pm, but if you want to watch the sunrise, you're able to walk up the winding road. This couple had their first date at the top of Palisade Head and wanted to capture it's magic once again for their engagement photos. We started our session in Duluth then made our way up the shore to this beautiful landscape! At the end of our session we were greeted with a rainbow! Just some of the North Shore charm!
