When Joseph and Mary first reached out to me about their elopement, I knew it was going to be absolutely perfect. They started dating in high school, driving Joseph’s Mustang around – so naturally, they had to rent a Mustang as their getaway car on their elopement day!

Coco Palms Resort on Kauai was the perfect location for getting ready and the first look. You have the beautiful natural light streaming through the windows, along with rows and rows of towering palm trees.

Smith’s Tropical Paradise was the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. They had the garden all to themselves. Uncle Chuck conducted the ceremony, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was all smiles throughout! After the ceremony, the couple cut into their cake! We then went into bride and groom portraits around the gardens!

Because they had their Mustang, we, of course, needed to take photos with it! We headed to the most stunning road and snapped pictures of them and their getaway car! It was a full-circle moment, as a Mustang is what Joseph drove when they first started dating.
